In-Home Euthanasia

For many families, the kindest goodbye is one that happens at home — in the quiet of a familiar room, with no car ride, no waiting room, and no unfamiliar smells. Your dog or cat can rest in their own bed, in a sunny spot by the window, or simply in your arms.

When we arrive, there is no rush. We take time to talk with you, to let your pet settle, and to answer any questions. When you are ready, we begin with a gentle sedative so your companion drifts into a deep, comfortable sleep. Only when they are fully relaxed and at peace do we proceed. The passing itself is quiet and painless — most families tell us it was more gentle than they expected.

You are welcome to hold your pet, to speak softly to them, to play their favourite music, or simply to be near. There is no right or wrong way to say goodbye. We are there to carry the medical part so you can be fully present for the part that matters — being together.

Afterward, we will gently guide you through aftercare choices and give you all the time you need. You never have to face this moment alone.
